The main house

Large kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, American refrigerator etc. Next to the kitchen is a large scullery with large extra sink as well as washing machine and toilet.

First floor with charming sitting/dining room and beautiful view on the Lusignac castle. Comfortable bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with wash-basin, shower and toilet.

Second floor with 2 single beds and possibility for 3. Bathroom with wash-basin and bath with shower as well as toilet.

Annex

Our annex consists of 2 rooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a kitchenette.
The first room is a bedroom with a double bed and settee.
The second one has a so called mezzanine and can be used as sitting room and bedroom. The ground floor holds a comfortable table and chairs as well as a sofa-bed. On the mezzanine is a double bed.

Outside

The house is situated on some 5000 m² of land. Comfortable terrace near the sitting room, large terrace near the swimming pool as well as beautiful terraces next to the kitchen.
The size of the swimming pool is 5.5 x 11.5 mtr. There is a large pool house where the filters etc. are situated as well as a spacious kitchen facility with hot and cold water, refrigerator, gas facility etc. allowing eating near the pool. The view is stunning.
